How to request our Royal Mail Postal Service
SHWR FREE Postage Paid Pack
  • Contact us first by telephone 0207 495 3439 to discuss your watch servicing, polishing, repairs or restoration requirement. Or you can simply complete the postage request form below click here >
  • We will send you by return FREE protective postage paid packaging. Use this to send us your watch. Full instructions are included when you receive your postage pack.  Each pack is fully tracked and insured (up to £10,000). For higher value watches please contact us on 0207 495 3439. Do not send us your original watch presentation box and papers. Keep these safe with you at home.

All estimates are free for service enquiries, except for those over 30 years old. For vintage watch service enquiries there is a fixed fee of £75 (ex VAT), which is fully redeemable when you go ahead with work. This allows us to examine your watch in detail and provide an accurate quote for its repair and the provision of any new parts required. Vintage watches are those made before 1990.

Postage is charged extra for polishing only.

How we return your watch to you
We will return your watch to you by post. The cost for return postage, packing and insurance will be added to your quote and is payable whether you go ahead with work or not. Alternatively, with the gradual lifting of restrictions you can collect your watch from either our London Showroom or Watford workshop, by arrangement.

Please be aware that restrictions apply on the shipping of certain brands to some countries, so please contact us prior to sending us your watch.
